Evocative, highly varied bike route between the land and sea ofAbruzzo, passing through a centuries-old green area(Don Venanzio Forest Reserve), a well-known equipped shoreline(Lido di Casalbordino) and a beautiful coastal nature reserve(Punta Aderci).
The coastal section of the route runs partly on the famous Via Verde della Costa dei Trabocchi, a scenic cycle route with views of the beaches of Abruzzo’s famous “trabocchi,” the ancient fishing machines on stilts characteristic of these areas.
The loop route allows you to always enjoy the view and scents of the sea, pedaling through one of the most picturesque parts of the Adriatic coast and the immediate hinterland, which is characterized by the presence of vineyards and olive groves.

Technical tips:
