Pedaling between nature and spirituality in the lower Susa Valley, discovering a symbol par excellence of Piedmont, the Sacra di San Michele. A very ancient abbey that evokes beauty and mystery, where history and myth have always been intertwined.
Technical description:
From the center of Giaveno , take the scenic road that climbs to the Braida Pass (1007 m). From here you take the hill and descend for a couple of kilometers before reaching the Sacra di San Michele (900 m).
After a much-needed visit to the Abbey, we return to the main road (SP 188) descending gradually in the direction of the Avigliana Lakes. When you arrive at the site (km 20), you skirt the perimeter of the small lake (3.5 km) and, having completed the loop, pedal again in the direction of Giaveno, which you reach in about 5 km.

Technical tips:
On Sundays and holidays, traffic is one-way, so you have to reverse the direction of the track. It is not recommended, given the high rate of traffic.
