The Etruscan Coast - Short

This path offers moments dedicated to gastronomy, culture, entertainment and sport. It takes place in a typical Tuscan landscape: you pass through towns full of history, you run along the Tyrrhenian sea and you immerse yourself in the uncontaminated green of the hills of Pisa-Livorno.

Technical description:
The bike loop path is 60 Km long, of medium difficulty, with departure and return at the historic village of Rosignano Marittimo, in the province of Livorno.
From the Tuscan town you proceed towards the sea and the beaches. You travel along the coastal stretch between the headlands of Castiglioncello and Quercianella, then you go to the hinterland in the direction of Santa Luce (you must visit the Natural Reserve) and the Pisan hills.
After passing by the hills and through the Etruscan villages of Pomaia and Castellina Marittima, you go back towards the Tyrrhenian Sea, back down towards Rosignano.
