A beautiful ride that starts from the Furlo Gorge State Nature Reserve, passes Acqualagna, ‘Capital of Truffles’-where the “National White Truffle Fair” is held every year between October and November-and finally arrives in Cagli.
An itinerary immersed in nature, history and food and wine. With an excellence of this area: the truffle.
Technical description:
Route of 14 km on paved roads with little traffic. We set off from the Furlo Gorge (PU) heading south along the old section of the Via Flaminia. It goes all the way to Acqualagna, following the course of the Candigliano River. Still driving along the old SS Flaminia Nord, we pass the villages of Smirra and Ponte Rosso. After a couple of kilometers you finally reach Cagli.

Downhill elevation gain: 166 m
Highest point: 269 m
Lowest point: 174 m
Type of surface: asphalt
Technical advice:
The route requires no special clothing. It is possible to find water along the way. Helmets, which are mandatory for children, should always be worn.
