La Ripa Restaurant

Restaurant “La Ripa” is located in the ancient medieval village of Vieste, just a few steps from the rock known as the “Chianca Amara.” It is an evocative location that has gone down in history as a result of the massacre of 6,000 Viestans that occurred at the hands of Ottoman pirates in the 16th century.
La Ripa blends the typicality of Gargano cuisine, through an expansion into the regional sphere, with contemporary trends. All the products used by the Restaurant come from its own Farm.
