This evocative Mtb loop tour starts in Urbino, one of the cradles of the Italian Renaissance, and includes a ride to San Bernardino, where the ancient mausoleum where the remains of Duke Federico da Montefeltro are kept.
After the descent to St. Euphemia, the ascent to Mount Pietralata begins, via a climb of about 10 km that reaches almost to the summit.
Other single track variations are possible for the descent if accompanied by the guide.
Along the way, we also pass through the village of Fermignano, with its picturesque medieval tower and bridge over the Metauro River, in front of the Ex Lanificio Carotti in discuso.
Technical description:
The route is on asphalt, dirt roads and trails. On Mount Pietralata, should you use our guides, you can take several detours to enjoy wonderful, very technical single tracks.

Technical tips:
Use front or full MTB. If you take the tour in the non-summer season, clothing appropriate for the temperature difference between the valley and the Pietralata peak is recommended. From Fermignano fill up with water because water cannot be found on the mountain
