The second leg of the itinerary will start from the“Norghìo” inn at the top of Mount Senes in Irgoli and end at a farmhouse in Onifai. A total of 40 km is covered, with a total elevation gain of about 750 mt.
Technical description:
The route has technical ups and downs to be approached with caution. There are no orientation points along the trail, so it is best to approach the tour with a licensed guide.

Technical tips:
In the autumn/winter months, appropriate technical clothing is recommended for the unexpected weather conditions of the period. In the spring/summer months, clothing should be light and drinking 3/5 liters of water daily is recommended. Important to be equipped with multi-tools equipment at all times, for possible vehicle breakdowns.

Recommended period: from January/March and October/December always in the middle hours of the day; in the period July 10-August 20 travel the routes in the morning hours (7:00 – 10:30/11:00) or in the evening hours (17:00 – 20:00/20:30). April through September at any hour at will.
The route, which develops in the valley of the Cedrino River, in the province of Nuoro on the east coast of Sardinia, consists of. 3 stages and is nothing more than an alternative and more “easy” route – different in terms of routes and characteristics – than the better-known “Way of St. James” (designed instead for those who prefer a spiritual route), all traveled by riding one’s bike, be it Mtb o road bike.
