The Anterselva Cross-country and Biathlon Center is located at the ‘Arena Alto Adige’ (Südtirol Arena), at the bottom of the Anterselva Valley, near the lake. Here, along the 20 km of tracks of various levels that develop around the biathlon Stadium, during winter cross-country skiers train and enjoy the silence of a pristine Alpine landscape. In late January, the Arena is crowded with fans for the traditional stage of the biathlon World Cup.
The cross-country ski tracks are vary in kind: short and easy (1.5 km), intermediate (2.5 - 4 km) and some longer and demanding (5 km). Some of these brush the lake’s sides.
